Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Fargo, North Dakota. Completed plans call for the construction of a 2-square-foot educational facility.
The proposed project will include construction of a new 1- to -2- story building with partial basement and partial mechanical rooftop penthouse located southwest of the intersection of 18th Street and 17th Avenue N . on the campus of North Dakota State University in Fargo, North Dakota. To assist planning and design, you have authorized American Engineering Testing, Inc. (AET) to conduct a subsurface exploration program at the site, conduct soil laboratory testing, and perform a geotechnical engineering review for the project. This report presents the results of the above services and provides our engineering recommendations based on this data. SCOPE OF SERVICES AET's services were performed according to our proposal to you dated October 30 , 202 3 , which you authorized on November 2 , 202 3 . The authorized scope consists of the following. o Forty (40) standard penetration test borings to maximum dept h of 40 feet . o Soil laboratory testing o Geotechnical engineering review based on the data and preparation of this report These services are intended for geotechnical purposes only. The scope is not intended to explore for the presence or extent of environmental contamination in the soil or groundwater Question Deadline 04/25/2024 at 4:00 PM CT *Addendum #1 and #2 has been released.
