The City of Santa Ana is seeking firm(s) to provide repair, rehabilitation, and maintenance services for all Cla-Val pressure control valves within the water production facilities. A detailed Scope of Work is included in ATTACHMENT 1: SCOPE OF WORK in the Appendix of this RFP. Other Details In addition to Bid Proposal submittals, please submit the following: (1) Ownership Affidavit (2) Bid Proposal Guaranty (Bond, cashier's or certified check) (3) Non-Collusion Affidavit Notes All notifications, updates and addenda will be posted online. Proposers shall be responsible for monitoring online and the City's RFP Bid page to obtain information regarding this solicitation. Failure to respond to required updates may result in a determination of a nonresponsive proposal. The bidder is solely responsible for "on time" submission of their electronic bid. The City will only consider bids that have been transmitted successfully and have been issued an e-bid confirmation number with a time stamp from the Bid Management System indicating that bid was submitted successfully. Transmission of bids by any other means will not be accepted. Bidder shall be solely responsible for informing itself with respect to the proper utilization of the bid management system, for ensuring the capability of their computer system to upload the required documents, and for the stability of their internet service. Failure of the bidder to successfully submit an electronic bid shall be at the bidder's sole risk and no relief will be given for late and/or improperly submitted bids.
