The Contractor is required to provide all necessary materials, supervision, labour, plant, tools, equipment, permits, insurance, overhead, transportation, and all the incidentals required in the removal and disposal of the existing AC-1 and CU-1 and the supply and replacement of the same and the installation of five AC units and all associated equipment, including but not limited to works related to mechanical, plumbing, electrical, structural modifications, commissioning and all work as specified and indicated on drawings and specifications.
