This Project Includes Furnishing Materials, Equipment, Labor, and Performing All Work Detailed in the Ellsworth Clean Water Project Plan and Specifications, Including but Not Limited to the Construction of 16 Pvc Rj Water Main 8,659 Lf, 12 Pvc Rj Water Main 4,122 Lf, 8 Pvc Rj Water Main 4,418 Lf, 6 Pvc Water Main 5,238 Lf, and Various Water Main Appurtenances, Jack and Bore Steel Casing 766 Lf, Horizontal Water Service Bore 118 Lf, Abandon Well, 20 X20 Masonry and Wood Meter Building(or Approved Modular Equivalent), Including All Pipework, Mep, Meter and Pipework Accessories 20 X 20 Masonry and Wood Booster Building (or Approved Modular Equivalent), Including All Pipework, Mep, Pumps, Controls, and Pipework Accessories. As Well as Items Listed in the Bid Schedule. The Successful Bidder Shall Provide All Materials, Labor, Equipment, and Incidental Items Necessary to Complete the Work Per the Contract Documents. Each Bid Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check, Cashier's Check or a Bank Draft Drawn on a State or National Bank for Five Percent (5%) of the Amount Bid, Payable to South Dakota Ellsworth Authority or in Lieu Thereof, a Bid Bond for Ten Percent (10%) of the Amount Bid by a Surety Authorized to Do Business in the State of South Dakota, Payable to the South Dakota Ellsworth Development Authority, as a Guarantee of the Bidder Entering Into a Contract With the South Dakota Ellsworth Development Authority for the Ellsworth Clean Water Project. The Checks of All Unsuccessful Bidders Will Be Returned Within Thirty (30) Days After the Bids Have Been Opened. Any Deficient Bid Will Be Resealed and Returned to the Bidder.
