Question Deadline 07/17/2024 at 4:00 PM PT Police Station-Replace Existing Gate at Civic Campus Way ("Project"), located at One Chestnut Ave, South San Francisco, California. The Project includes, but is not limited to: Design, engineering, fabrication, demolition of existing gate, and installation of a new sliding vehicle gate. One of the gate entrances is located off Chestnut Avenue into a secure parking area. The second gate entrance is off Civic Campus Way into a secure parking area. Both gates have not functioned to Owner expectations and need to be replaced with new horizontal sliding gates. The gate from Chestnut has been replaced in another contract. The scope of work in this contract is to replace the gate from Civic Campus Way. the Surety on this bond will pay the same in an amount not exceeding the sum herein above specified in this bond; and, also, in case suit is brought upon this bond, the Surety will, and does hereby agree to, pay a reasonable attorney's fee, to be fixed and awarded by the Court and taxed as costs, and included in the judgement therein rendered. A. The Project consists of removal of the existing motorized gate and installation of a new gate. B. Work shall be constructed under a single prime contract C. Unless otherwise provided for in the Contract Documents, provide and pay for all labor, materials equipment, tools, construction equipment and machinery, trash service, water, heat, utilities, transportation, and other facilities and services necessary for proper execution and completion of the Work, whether temporary or permanent and whether or not incorporated in the Work. 1. Project Location: The project is located at 1 Chestnut Avenue, South San Francisco. Substantial Completion within 90 Calendar Days after Issuance of Notice to Proceed.
