The main mission of a Housing Office is to administer and develop housing for low-income individuals and families. In addition to managing HLMs, it administers private rent supplement programs and can also develop and administer buildings as part of other social housing programs. Nature of the work, address of the buildings The project consists of carrying out the general exterior repairs of two apartment buildings sharing a common wall and respectively located at 305 and 325, rue Leocadie-Bourgeois, Nicolet, QC J3T 1H3, as well as in the complete renovation of the common vehicle parking lot. The majority of housing affected by the work will be occupied during the work. The work may begin on June 3, 2024 and must be completed by September 27, 2024, without interruptions except for the annual construction holiday.
