Long Lake Rd, Bloomfield Twp, Ml 48302) Eastover Elementary (2800 Kensington Rd, Bloomfield Hills, Ml 48304) Renovate the following areas: 1. Removal of the existing roof system(s) as designated on the plans for each school. 2. Removal of the existing perimeter metal edge fascia or other flashings / caps as required for the work. 3. Install new EPDM membrane roof and insulation (flat and tapered). 4. Install new perimeter metal edge fascia or other flashings / caps as designated on the plans. 5.
