The project consists of clearing and grubbing, grading, drainage, pavement, erosion control, and seeding and mulching in preparation for constructing a new 12-Unit T-Hangar Building Phase 1-Grade, Drain, and Pavement. Project Description: The proposed project, detailed in the construction plans and specifications, is generally described as: Grading, Drainage, and Pavement for a new T-Hangar at the Taylor County Airport. The project consists of clearing and grubbing, grading, drainage, pavement, erosion control, and seeding and mulching in preparation for constructing a new 12-Unit T-Hangar Building. Prequalification: All contractors and subcontractors shall be prequalified by the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for work done on the project. The prime contractor must self- perform a minimum of 30% of the work; and be prequalified with the Kentucky Transportation Cabinet for the work they plan to perform at the time of the bid opening.
