Springtree Wellfield Maintenance Improvements - Phase II A description of the Project is as follows: Scope of Work: The Work consists of, but is not limited to, upgrades to the golf course pathway system to improve access to the wells and staging/turnaround areas for the maintenance vehicles, improvements to the golf course pathway system for golfers, and the installation of independent purge/drain lines for the raw water wells located on the golf course. Other improvements include security fences and/or landscaping of areas adjacent to residential parking lots to improve the security of the raw water supply assets. The Prime Contractor must have successfully completed at least three (3) projects of similar type, scope, size and complexity within the last five (5) years in the State of Florida. Selected vendor must provide verifiable references from the project's Owner. The City shall be the sole and final judge in determining if the Contractor meets the Qualification Requirement.
