Maintenance work must be carried out according to the technical specifications from the Premières-Seigneuries Service Center. The company may, depending on its operational capacity, submit an offer for one (1) establishment, for certain establishments, for all establishments and/or per lot (see broken down price schedule attached to the tender document ). The award will be awarded to the eligible and compliant Bidder having presented the lowest price offer, for each establishment or lots. VISIT THE FIELDS: Before submitting your bid, it is strongly suggested to visit the grounds of the locations for which the company wishes to submit a bid in order to see the difficulty of the work. No claim due to ignorance of local conditions will be recognized by the Première-Seigneuries School Service Center. DURATION OF CONTRACT: The duration of the contract is from October 1, 2024 to May 31, 2025, inclusive. This period may be extended by two (4) subsequent periods of one (1) year, one (1) year at a time, following a positive annual report to the service provider by the Center for school services.
