Renovation of an educational facility in Brockport, New York. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.
Re-tubing boilers, replacing the gas train and replacement of the hawk controller of 4 boilers. Allen/Drake Boiler #2 - Boiler Cleaver Brooks CBW-200-250. Smith/Lennon Boiler #1 - Boiler Cleaver Brooks CBW-200-175A. Harrison Boiler # 1 - Boiler Clever Brooks CBW-200-400 Holmes Boiler # 1 - Boiler Clever Brooks CBW-200-150 Contractor shall follow all rules & regulations (Smoking, Parking) of SUNY Brockport. Inspections and permit (no fee required) to be performed by University. Note the tangible products / services resulting from this project. At the end of the work all the tubes will be replaced and not leaking. The boilers should be functioning without issue. R1 Report needs to be included and a copy of it provided to the Campus. Awarded vender will be responsible for disposal of old tubes. The new Hawk - 4000 controller must be programmed to boiler and functioning. Contract term: 5/2/2024-8/1/2024
