Reference Number 0000349173 The City of Hanford is requesting proposals from experienced and qualified design/build suppliers, hereinafter called Proposer, to design, construct, and deliver a prefabricated restroom and concession facility to the City's Youth Athletic Complex (YAC) park. The proposed restroom facility is to be delivered to 1098 Campus Drive, Hanford, CA 93230 placed in its final location, and receive turnkey installation by Proposer, per the site plans. The City of Hanford does not provide an Engineer's Estimate, however, the total approved budget for this project is approximately $786,000 which is an estimate of the total project delivery costs. Contractor shall order equipment within ten (10) days of receiving the Notice to Proceed and complete the project within 200 calendar days after equipment has been delivered.
