**As of May 28, 2024 project has been awarded to Constellation New Energy, Inc. for wastewater treatment plant and pump station electric accounts amounting $1,168,174.00 + $1,079,077.00. ** The Atlantic County Utilities Authority (ACUA) has released a Request for Bids (RFB) for Electric Generation Service for its wastewater treatment plant and pump station electric accounts, which currently receive delivery service from Atlantic City Electric Company (ACE) under various secondary and higher voltage tariffs, for service beginning July 2024. The ACUA's pump station accounts consume approximately 5.4 million kilowatt-hours (KWh) of energy annually, and the treatment plant account consumes approximately 7 million KWh of grid-supplied energy (net of on-site renewable energy) annually.
