It is the intent of the City of Alexandria to secure pricing on CLAMPS & COUPLINGS - TWELVE (12) MONTH PERIOD, for use by the City of Alexandria Water Department. Said material is to be inventoried by the Central Warehouse Department. Questions and/or requests for clarification of specifications are to be in written form, either mailed, faxed or emailed to the attention of Andre Garsaud, City of Alexandria Purchasing Department, PO Box 71, Alexandria, LA 71309-0071; Fax # to 318-441-6185; email: andre.garsaud@cityofalex.com; and must be received by close of business day, Thursday, May 2, 2024. No bid may be withdrawn for at least thirty (30) days after the scheduled closing time for the receipt of bids. The City of Alexandria reserves the right to award by item or by total bid, unless otherwise specified in the bid specifications. Prices should be itemized.
