Bid is cancelled, Reference number: 1835387 Deadline for receiving complaints: 2024-04-25 The CTRI has acquired an industrial greenhouse from the Harnois Company. The greenhouse comes with heating, lighting, and other equipment specific to the use of a greenhouse. Harnois will supply and install the greenhouse and equipment included in the purchase. The purpose of this call for tenders is to prepare the infrastructure and services before Harnois carries out the installation of the greenhouse. This work includes, but is not limited to: .1 The general development of the site; .2 The construction of the concrete slab that will support the greenhouse; .3 The supply and connection of the services indicated in the plans and specifications included in this call for tenders. The supply and installation of the greenhouse is not part of the mandate. However, the Contractor must provide for coordination during the mandate with the Client, the professionals assigned to the mandate and the resource persons. The contractor will be able to mobilize as soon as the contract is obtained and the concrete slab must be ready and approved by the professionals to allow the installation of the greenhouse from July 12, 2024.
