Demolition, site work and addition to a parking garage in Stafford Township, New Jersey. Completed plans call for the addition of a 1,800-square-foot parking garage; for the demolition of a parking garage; and for site work for a parking garage.

The project consists of a 1,800 SF Pre-Engineered Metal Building addition to the existing DPW Garage including but not limited to concrete foundation and slab, overhead and manway doors, concrete pads and pavement restoration required. BID SECURITY: Bidder shall submit with their bid an electronic bid bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the total price bid, but not in excess of $20,000.00, payable unconditionally to the Township of Stafford, along with a Surety Certificate (Consent of Surety) with Power of Attorney for the full amount of the bid price from a Surety Company authorized to do business in the State of New Jersey and said Surety will furnish a consolidated Performance and Payment Bond in amounts of 100% of the successful Bidders contract. If the Bidder is to submit a certified check, or cashiers check it must be delivered prior to 2pm on July 9 2024 to Nicola Reid, Purchasing Agent of the Township of Stafford, 260 East Bay Avenue, 2nd floor - Room 276, Manahawkin, NJ 08050 Bidders shall comply with the requirements of N.J.S.A 10:5-31 and N.J.A.C. 17-27 et seq. Bidders shall comply with N.J.S.A. 34:11-56.37 and 34:11-56.38 of the Prevailing Wage Act. No oral interpretation and or clarification of the meaning of the specifications will be made to the bidder. Such request shall be in writing and addressed to the Engineer. In order to be given consideration, a written request must be received at least ten (10) days prior to the date fixed for the opening of the bid, Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays excepted. Any prospective bidder who wishes to challenge a bid specification shall file such challenges in writing with the contracting agent no less than three (3) business days prior to the opening of the bids
