The project scope includes but is not limited to: Exterior Sealant Replacement: Removal of existing elastomeric sealant at several Conditions; Install new Sealants. Painting Exterior Railings: Repaint all exterior railings, guardrails, and supports as indicated in the Drawings. Repair of broken/cracked stone panels, including but not limited to: Cleaning, prepping and filling of areas of spalling. Cleaning, prepping, reinforcing, and filling cracks. Replacement of panels that are unable to be repaired. (Additive) Alternate #1: Canopies and Metal Painting 1. Clean, sand, and prepare all metal railings, guardrails, and metal canopy support structures in area of work as shown on the Drawings. Repaint all metal railings, guardrails, and metal canopy support structures in area of work as shown on the Drawings. 2. Clean, repair, and prepare all EFIS wall and soffit finishes in area of work as shown on the Drawings. Recoat all EFIS finishes in area of work as shown on the Drawings. 3. Clean, demolish, and prepare for replacement of all metal framed canopy glazing sealants and gaskets in area of work as shown on the Drawings. Provide new sealant and gaskets in area of work as shown on the Drawings. (Additive) Alternate #2: 5th Ave Gallery Building 1. Clean, demolish, and prepare for replacement of all glazing sealants and gaskets in area of work as shown on the Drawings. Provide new sealant and gaskets in area of work as shown on the Drawings. 2. Clean, demolish, and prepare for replacement of all metal panel sealant in area of work as shown on the Drawings. Provide new sealant in area of work as shown on the Drawings.
