Residents Bathroom Renovations The University reserves the right to reject any or all bids, and to waive any informalities Work Periods: April 2024-June 30, 2024 SUMMARY: Bathroom layout will remain the same. Work includes removal and replacement of plumbing fixtures, new flooring bath tub and wall surrounding the tub. Scope of Work Bathtubs for Tiger Village Contractor will repair and refinish the bathtub and wall surrounds Contractor will remove and replace any fixtures- Chrome finish faucets Contractor will apply bonding agent to assure adhesion Caulk will be removed from Bathtub and surrounds and new caulking will be applied Contractor will apply a tinted epoxy primer coat will be applied to enhance the bond Contractor will apply a topcoat in college-selected color followed by several layers of a protective clear Contractor will apply an ASTM-approved SRS (slip-resistant surface) will be applied on request Contractor will remove masking and tape will be removed, disposed of and rooms returned to service Scope: To provide all labor, material and equipment required for a complete bathroom renovation. Bathroom layout will remain the same. Work includes removal and replacement of plumbing fixtures, new flooring bath tub and wall surrounding the tub.
