Janitorial Services for Augusta Fire Dept. Admin Bldg. Program Summary: The Augusta, GA. Fire Department expects the Facility specified herein to be cleaned and maintained at a level of quality commensurate with the highest standards of professional janitorial service. The minimum service will be as follows: The successful Contractor shall be required to provide the minimum Janitorial Services outlined in the Janitorial Services Required Schedule attached hereto, which shall be subject to review Any interested qualified vendor(s) and/or party is requested to make a response to accomplish the Scope of Services described herein. The response is to be signed by a duly authorized official of the company and must be submitted in the time, manner and form prescribed. All interested vendors are required to meet Federal, State and Local Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) laws and regulations. For a proposal to be considered it must remain valid for at least 90 days from the time that the Owner receives it.
