The Town of Hamden is seeking a qualified Consulting Firm to complete a feasibility study for the expansion of the sewer service along Northern Whitney Avenue. The firm should have the necessary experience in evaluating sewer infrastructure. The Town of Hamden is undertaking this study to evaluate options for expanding the sewer service to encourage economic growth along the commercial/mixed-use corridor. The geographic area of the study would be approximately from the intersection of Whitney Avenue and Mount Carmel Avenue to the intersection of Whitney Avenue and Brooksvale Avenue. The selection of the firm will be based on qualifications and experience. The last day to submit questions to purchasing@hamden.com is Friday, August 9, 2024, at 12:00PM. The Town of Hamden reserves the right to accept or reject any or all options, bids, or proposals; to waive any technicality in a bid or part thereof submitted, and to accept the bid deemed to be in the best interest of the Town of Hamden. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
