As of February 27, 2025 this project has already been awarded with the total awarded amount of $258,224.40 Roof Restoration Project: Tecta America Zero Commercial - $102,227 Ansi Spri Edge Metal at the Maintenance Facility: Maxim Roofing - 155,997.40 This project consists of: 1. Restoring the roofing system at the Troy City Hall building located at 100 South Market Street, Troy, Ohio. It will be restored with a Polyurea partially reinforced liquid roofing system. 2 Code Upgrade of ANSI SPRI Edge Metal (coping and metal edging replacement) of the roof of the Central Service and Maintenance Facility at 1400 Experiment Farm Road, Troy, Ohio. Bond Notes: A bid guaranty as follows is required to accompany each proposal as a guarantee that if the proposal is accepted a contract will be entered into: 1. A bid bond in the amount of 100% of the bid amount, payable to the City of Troy, Ohio, or 2. A certified check, a cashiers' check, an Official Bank Check, or a letter of credit in the amount of 10% of the bid amount, payable to the City of Troy, Ohio. Owner Rights: The City of Troy reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any irregularities in the bids when to the advantage of the City and to select the best bid in its opinion. Replies will be issued by Addendum mailed or delivered by FAX to all parties recorded by the City as having received the Bidding Documents. c. Questions received less than 72 hours prior to the time and date for opening Bids will not be answered. The Contractor shall prosecute the work in a vigorous and efficient manner, to ensure completion of the project within the time limit set and will keep the area of his operation in a neat and orderly condition.
