Forrest General Hospital (Owner) is requesting Bids for the construction of the following Project: Support Services Electrical Improvements. The Project includes the following Work: Base Bid - The addition of an Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS) for the Information Technology server room located on the second floor of the Support Services building at 125 S 28th Ave, Hattiesburg, Mississippi. Add Alternate No. 1 - The modification of the existing emergency power system for the Support Services building located at 125 S 28th Ave, Hattiesburg, Mississippi as follows: (1) Replace standby circuit breaker on generator and include a fuel monitoring system. (2) Provide NEMA 3R whole house transfer switch to power existing main switchboard. (3) Provide Portable Generator Quick Connect (PGQC). The Project has an expected duration of one hundred twenty (120) calendar days after receiving the equipment on-site. Note that the "Portable Generator Quick Connect" has a lead time of 20 weeks after submittal is approved and the "Transfer Switch" has a lead time of 52 weeks after submittal is approved. All official notifications, addenda, and other Bidding Documents will be offered only through the designated website.
