The Entire Project Shall Be Completed in Sixty (60) Working Days The Bracket Estimate on This Project is From $475,000 to $515,000. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. A Cashiers Check (Drawn on an Alabama Bank) or Bid Bond for 5% of the Amount Bid (Maximum of $10,000.00) and Made Payable to the City of Guin Must Accompany Each Bid as Evidence of Good Faith.
