The work includes associated demolition and replacement of pump base, interior process piping within the lift station, and miscellaneous electrical and controls for the pump. Question Deadline 04/25/2024 Bid security in the amount of five (5) percent of the total Bid Price must accompany each Bid and shall be furnished in accordance with the Instruction to Bidders. Bidders must be licensed to do business in the State of Colorado. Bids received from Bidders who are not recorded by the Issuing Office as having received the Bidding Documents will not be opened. The Owner reserves the right to award the contract by sections, or reject any or all Bids, and to waive any informalities and irregularities therein. This work is located within the Roxborough Lift Station located at 11290 Caretaker Road, Littleton, CO 80125. The major work items include: 1. Install wastewater pump (provided by Owner). Demolish and replace existing pump base as requireFurnish and install process piping, fittings, 3. Furnish and install pipe supports, make connections to existing process piping, and associated appurtenances, 4. Connect new wastewater pump to existing VFD drive, 5. Furnish and install conduit, wiring, and programming and instrumentation. 6. Make connections to existing programmable logic controller (PLC) and motor control center (MCC). 7. Startup of wastewater pump and verify all electrical and controls are installed correctly
