Other factors may also include a comprehensive review of bidders past work performance, and work capacity. Work includes modifications to concrete load cell support piers as required by bridge deck/load cell manufacturer. Engineer sealed structural drawings are required to be provided by the contractor. Modifications to the concrete pier footings as dictated by the steel structure will be engineered by the DOT. Any modifications to the pier footings must be supplied and installed by the Contractor.
