Renovation of a museum in Gatineau, Quebec. Completed plans call for the renovation of a museum.
The Canadian Museum of History (the Museum) is inviting qualified firms to provide Construction Services. The intention of the Museum is to select the Bidder with the lowest compliant Bid who may then be invited to enter into a Contract with the Museum. The selected Contractor will be required to deliver the Work and Services described in the procurement documents including, but is not necessarily limited to, the supply of labour, material, supervision and equipment necessary to remove a low pressure 320-tons centrifugal chiller #2, R123, SUVA to be replaced with a new state of the art magnetic unit including the addition of VFD and two (2) new automated chilled water control valves inside the central plant. It is anticipated to provide the Deliverables and complete the work by June 30, 2025 and provide an all-inclusive maintenance contract that shall commence one year after the construction end for a period of 5 consecutive years. Refer to the procurement documents for further details. Question Acceptance Deadline: 2024/05/15 11:59:00 PM EDT Questions and requests for clarifications will be answered if received in writing through the MERX Portal at least seven (7) calendar days prior to the Closing Date.
