Reference Number 0000367222 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: PROJECT DESCRIPTION: the maintenance dredging of areas of the Corte Madera Creek surrounding the neighborhood known as the Larkspur Marina, the disposal of dredged materials, and all other work as indicated on the Project Plans and Specifications. The Contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment tools, apparatus and facilities necessary to perform and complete the project in a good and workmanlike manner. MANDATORY PRE-BID: There is no pre-bid conference. Work shall commence on July 1, 2025, for Areas 3 and 5, and on September 1, 2025 for Areas 1, 2 and 4. The work shall be completed by November 30, 2025. Should permit delays or other delays beyond the Contractor's control result in work not being completed by November 30, 2025, work will be resumed as soon as permits allow the Authority reserves the right to establish a firm Time of Completion for resumption of dredging in 2026 based on average daily production values realized from 2025 work. Liquidated damages shall apply to resumed work in 2026 that does not meet the Time of Completion
