Reference Number 0000348690 PROJECT DESCRIPTION: the maintenance dredging of areas of the Corte Madera Creek surrounding the neighborhood known as the Larkspur Marina, the disposal of dredged materials, and all other work as indicated on the Project Plans and Specifications. The Contractor is responsible for furnishing all labor, materials, equipment tools, apparatus and facilities necessary to perform and complete the project in a good and workmanlike manner. Question Deadline 04/18/2024 at 5:00 PM PT Questions are submitted online No Bonding Requirements - Bid Bond 10 % - Performance Bond 100 % - Labor and Materials Bond 100 % The work shall be completed by November 25, 2024. Should permit delays or other delays beyond the Contractor's control result in work not being completed by November 25, 2024 work will be resumed as soon as permits allow (anticipated to be June 1, 2025.) the Authority reserves the right to establish a firm Time of Completion for resumption of dredging in 2025 based on average daily production values realized from 2024 work. Liquidated damages shall apply to resumed work in 2025 that does not meet the Time of Completion.
