The City of Moose Jaw ("Moose Jaw") is inviting proposals from qualified Materials Testing Firm to provide Materials Testing services (the "Services"). The purpose of this Request for Proposals ("RFP") process is to select a qualified Materials Testing Firm to enter into a Master Services Agreement with Moose Jaw for the performance of the Services. Further details about the Services required by Moose Jaw All construction projects undertaken the City of Moose Jaw (City or Moose Jaw); third party material testing is required. The scope includes performing tests within the City limits, to industry standard (ASTM, CSA or other authoritative body), reporting results, invoicing to respective Project Managers and providing summaries as requested by the City. The required material testing is related to paving work such as crack sealing, rehabilitation, reconstruction projects, concrete replacement and rehabilitation projects, water and sewer replacement, land development, if any, etc.
