Renovation of a water / sewer project in Prior Lake, Minnesota. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.

The Project includes the furnishing of all labor and materials and appurtenant work for the construction complete in-place for the rehabilitation of the Estate Avenue Lift Station as described in the Project Documents. Additional Description: The provisions of MINN. STAT. 16C.285 Responsible Contractor are imposed as a requirement of this contract. All bidders and persons or companies providing a response/submission to the Advertisement for Bids of the City of Prior Lake shall comply with the provisions of the statute. Question Deadline 04/30/2024 Bidder shall submit all questions about the meaning or intent of the Bidding Documents to Engineer in writing. Direct questions about this Project to Ray Theiler at RTheiler@wsbeng.com . Interpretations or clarifications considered necessary by Engineer in response to such questions will be issued by Addenda delivered to all registered plan holders. Questions received less than seven days prior to the date for opening of Bids may not be answered. The City Council reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive any bids received without explanation. No bid may be withdrawn for a period of 60 days.
