Site work and renovation of a civil project in Humboldt, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project; and for site work for a water / sewer project.
At Station No. 1, the Work generally consists of: - Replacement of sewage pumps and related piping including exterior force main. - Modifications to the wet well. - Replacement of electrical systems including standby generator. At Station No. 4, the Work generally consists of: - Removal of the existing station superstructure, mechanical and electrical components - Construction of a building over the existing wet well and pump chamber; with control room and standby generator. - Modifications to the wet well. - Upgrading of exterior sanitary sewer piping. Bids shall be submitted on the Bid Form contained in the Project Manual and must be accompanied by a bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price, made payable to the City of Humboldt, and a Surety's consent to provide other specified bonding. Bids shall be submitted electronically as described in the Project Manual. The City of Humboldt reserves the right to reject or accept any bid for any reason, without explanation, whether arbitrary, unreasonable, or otherwise. This Project is partially funded by the Governments of Canada and Saskatchewan through the "Investing in Canada Infrastructure Plan" program Interested bidders may request access to on-line bid documents by contacting Catterall & Wright.
