Lance Webb, City of Mesa, Applicant; City of Mesa, Owner. ----------------------------------------------------------- The City of Mesa is seeking a qualified Construction Manager at Risk (CMAR) to provide Pre-Construction Services and complete Construction Services as the CMAR for the Hibbert Garage Renovation project. The Hibbert Garage consists of an existing 3-story parking garage with ground-level parking and two parking decks above-grade, connected by a single interior ramp. Major renovation work is proposed to include the complete removal of the decorative metal screening on the south and east sides, cutting new openings into exterior wall for new entry doors, and the removal of two curved decorative metal canopies at the top of the garage on the southeast corner. Existing knockdown openings in the elevator hoist way walls and floors are proposed to be removed to allow installation of a new elevator. The City anticipates completing construction in late Spring 2025.
