Renovation of an educational facility in Prince Albert, Saskatchewan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a educational facility.

* No bid amount to be released for publication. The project includes roof replacement on two distinct areas. The Cafetorium Block requires removal of existing Concrete Topped Insulation Panels, Insulation Panels, existing 4 ply built-up roof membrane, fibre borad and sloped EPS insulation, down to the 2 ply BUR vapour barrier on the conc roof deck. The new work requires installation of a new self adhered, or torch applied Vapour Barrier, new Poly-Iso rigid insulation, sloped and two layers of flat, new 2 ply S.B.S. Modified Bituminous Membrane and new flashings and accessories as required. The approximate area is 875 m2 . The Kitchen Block requires removal of existing Concrete Topped Insulation Panels and flat Insulation Panels, down to the existing 2 ply SBS Modified Bituminous roof membrane. The new work requires installation of new Poly-Iso rigid insulation and new 2 ply S.B.S. Modified Bituminous Membrane and new flashings and accessories as required. The approximate area is 400 m2 Site tour available on request. Contact the Architect for arrangements. Tenders must be accompanied by a Letter of Surety and Bid Bond or Certified Cheque in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the tender price, payable to the Owner.
