**As of June 03, 2024, This project has been awarded to Pheifer Brothers Construction, with the awarded amount of $116,827.54.** This project will remove, with debris capture, the existing pedestrian bridge between Lincoln Park and Spring Street. Patching of field stone masonry wall and coordination with the DNR are also required. This project is valued between $100,000-$125,000 *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. Bid Security in the amount of five percent (5%) of the bid shall be submitted with each bid. The City of Racine reserves the right to reject any or all bids, waive any irregulari!ties or accept that bid which, in the opinion of the owner, will serve the best interest of the City.
