FCIS: 318-EL-0001 CP#: 24-186-318-04 Scope of Work - Replace and upgrade the existing fire alarm system with an Edwards Signaling fire alarm system. The existing system shall remain fully functional until the new system is completely installed and working correctly. Range Low $372,600.00 High $455,400.00 Question Deadline: Mon 05/13/2024 4:30 PM* Contractors desiring to bid on this work shall be contractors presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid Contractor's License for the duration of the construction project. In addition, any and all Subcontractors that will be utilized by the Contractor shall also be presently licensed by the Nevada State Contractors Board and shall maintain a valid license for the duration of the construction project. All licensing requirements as specified in Nevada Revised Statutes (NRS) Chapter 624 shall also be strictly adhered to. Contractors shall also carry and provide evidence of required insurance liability coverage as specified in the Liability Insurance Specifications, as identified in Section 00800 - SUPPLEMENTARY GENERAL CONDITIONS. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
