The Work includes the provision of all equipment, labour, disposals, materials and incidentals required to complete all of the Work as described herein these tender documents for the construction of a modular daycare addition Don Christian Rec Centre. The Work includes but is not limited to: To Construct and install a prefabricated modular daycare building in addition to the existing modular daycare building, at the Don Christian Recreation Centre. Structural as per drawing and specifications. All Civil work as per drawing and specifications. All Electrical as per drawing and specifications. All plumbing as per drawing and specifications. Installation of crawlspace support walls. Concrete portion of entry porch ramp. Site built connection between existing building and new modular building. Documents can be obtained from www.bcbid.gov.bc.ca
