Valuation: 250 - 500 Thousand Project Type: Education Payment Type: Person Ordering Pays Scope: The following scopes of work consist of the replacement of eighty-five (85) Double Hung windows at Oakland Tech High School Boys Gym. The replacement windows will be custom sashes, including new ropes, pulleys, and weights necessary for proper operation. The windows will be replaced with Primed Old Growth Douglas Fir, featuring Tempered Dual Pane LoE glass and matching Grids, equipped with traditional cam locks and ogee sash lugs that match the existing ones. Removal of existing Double Hung windows and disposal of debris. Installation of custom sashes, ensuring proper fit and alignment. The thickness of the window sashes need to match the existing to work properly. Replacement of ropes, pulleys, and weights for each window to ensure smooth operation. Installation of Tempered Dual Pane LoE glass. Attachment of matching Grids, traditional cam locks, and ogee sash lugs. Testing of each window to ensure proper functionality and seal. Engineers Estimate: $370,000
