Manitoba Housing requires the services of a contractor to perform landscape construction in Bridgwater Trails Phases 3-5 boulevards and park trees The Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: Weed treatment of all sodded areas; Remove existing sod and legally dispose off site; 30-day warranty and maintenance on replacement sod; 90-day warranty and maintenance on new sod; Remove dead trees and legally dispose off site; Supply and Install Deciduous and Coniferous Trees; Extended warranty and maintenance on new trees; Extended warranty and maintenance on replacement trees Bidders must provide the following with the bid submission when the total bid amount is equal to or greater than one hundred thousand dollars ($100,000) inclusive of taxes: A performance bond of a company registered to conduct the business of a surety in Manitoba, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price Amount 10% of total bid amount. A labour and materials payment bond of a company registered to conduct the business of surety in Manitoba, in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price.
