Bidders are required to complete the bid form provided. Sealed bids must include: bid security and bid form. The Owner reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informality o to accept any bid which in the judgment of the Owner may be most advantageous to them. Bidders must be in compliance with the rules and regulations of the Fair Employment Practices Commission. No Bids may be withdrawn after the opening of bids, without the consent of the Owner, for a period of ninety (90) days thereafter. Should a bidder find discrepancies, ambiguities, and/or omissions from Documents, or be in doubt of their meaning, bidder shall at once, and in any event not later than Thursday, April 25, 2024, at 5:00pm, notify the Owner by completing the Request for Clarification form who will include a written response to all bidders via addendum.
