The work to be performed consists of furnishing all labor, tools, backfill materials, pavements, equipment transportation and services required for the construction of the above, described project as included in the Contract Documents; consisting of the following items of work: culinary waterline pipe & laterals, meter pits, storm drain pipe & structures; all in accordance with Centerville City Standard specifications and details, also the Drawings and Specifications prepared by ESI Engineering, Inc. The Engineer's Opinion of Cost for the total project is: $350,000. Bid must be accompanied by a Bid Bond, Certified Check or Cashier=s Check in the amount of 5% of the maximum bid price, drawn payable to the order of Centerville City. Bid Security will be returned to each unsuccessful Bidder. All Bids submitted shall be in conformance with the Instructions to Bidders which are included in the Contract Documents; and shall be guaranteed by the Bidder for a period of sixty (60) days from the date of the Bid opening.
