A mandatory pre-bid conference will be conducted on June 27, 2024. A site tour will follow. All potential bidders are required to attend this conference and shall pay particular attention to the following provisions: a) The bidder shall examine the plans and specifications prior to the pre-bid conference and be ready to raise questions concerning any unclear matter in the bidding process. b) The bidder recognizes that the purpose of the pre-bid conference is to resolve ambiguities, inconsistencies, errors or omissions in the contract documents, and interpretations thereof shall be made with a preference to the accomplishment of the purpose of the contract, without additional cost to the Board. ARCHITECT/ENGINEERS ESTIMATE: $1,070,000.00 The Work of Project is defined by the Contract Documents and consists of the following: This project consists of the selective demolition of the existing Courthouse Square Fountain and the construction of a new fountain and public seating/entertainment area as designed and described in the project documents. Work includes but is not limited to concrete construction, flatwork construction, plumbing construction, electrical construction, speciality/finishes, etc.
