Dennis-Yarmouth Regional School District Request for Services (RFS) for Designer The Dennis Yarmouth Regional School District, ("Owner") is seeking the services of a qualified "Designer" as defined in Massachusetts General laws Chapter 7C, Section 44 and as further defined by the provisions of this RFS, to provide Designer Services for the design and re-construction of the Synthetic Turf Playing fields at the Dennis Yarmouth Intermediate Middle School ("School") in South Yarmouth, Massachusetts ("Project"). In accordance with Chapter 7C of the Massachusetts General Laws, the fee for professional services will be negotiated based on a not to exceed limit. A potential approved project may include partial or full removal and replacement of the existing synthetic turf, infill material, shock pad, sub-base and drainage. The estimated construction cost of an approved potential project may range from $2,000,000 to $4,000,000 depending upon the solution that is agreed upon by the Owner. The Owner is the awarding authority. Owner reserves the right to waive any informality in the RFS, to reject any or all proposals, or to accept any RFS which it deems to be in the best interest of the District.
