The Naval Surface Warfare Center Philadelphia Division (NSWCPD) proposes to award a competitive single award Firm Fixed Price (FFP) Construction contract resulting from this Reqeust for Quotation (RFQ) for Bldg 77L HVAC Repair located at the Philadelphia Navy Year (also known as the Philadelphia Naval Business Center, (PNBC)). This requirment is being solicited as 100% Small Business Set-aside A site visit will be held on Wednesday, 17 April 2024 at 10:00am EST. All requests to attend this site visit, including visitor name, company name and address, must be sent to tynise.s.cain.civ@us.navy.mil and david.a.rhoads8.civ@us.navy.mil no later than Tuesday, 16 April 2024 at 3:00pm EST. THIS PROCUREMENT IS A 100% SMALL BUSINESS SET-ASIDE. THE SMALL BUSINESS REPRESENTATIVE CONCURS WITH THE SET-ASIDE DECISION. THE NORTH AMERICAN INDUSTRY CLASSIFICATION SYSTEM CODE IS 238220 WITH A SIZE STANDARD OF $19M. THIS ACQUISITION WILL RESULT IN THE AWARD OF A FIRM-FIXED-PRICE (FFP) CONSTRUCTION CONTRACT. IAW FAR 36.204 ESTIMATED CONSTRUCTION MAGNITUSE OF THE PROJECT IS BETWEEN $100,000 AND $250,000. THE SITE VISIT INFORMATION IS PROVIDED IN THE SOLICITATION UNDER FAR CLAUSE 52.236-27. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document.
