Each proposal must conform and be responsive to the proposal specifications, terms and conditions, and contract documents which are contained in the proposal and on file in the Purchasing Department. No proposers may withdraw their proposal for a period of Ninety (90) days after the date set for the opening of proposals or after approval of the Placentia-Yorba Linda Unified School District Governing Board. The District reserves the right to accept or reject any and all proposals and to waive any irregularities or informalities in the proposals or the proposal process. . Athletic Training Room It is the proposer's responsibility to supply, install, maintain, program, and train on the use of the equipment which will be installed in each of these rooms.
