The bidder is required to abide by all applicable provisions of the Labor Code, including payment of the minimum prevailing wage rate as determined by the State Department of Industrial Relations (DIR). No contractor or subcontractor may be listed on a proposal or be awarded a contract for public work unless registered with the DIR pursuant to the Labor Code. This project is subject to compliance monitoring and enforcement by the DIR. You are hereby invited to submit a proposal based upon the requirements and conditions set forth in this RFP.
