The Adjutant General or his designated representative reserves the right to reject any and/or all bids and waive any defects when, in his opinion, such rejection or waiver will be in the best interest of the State. *The value for this project is based on a financial range. The value is listed as the highest possible cost from the range provided by a stakeholder or official project document. The estimated cost is between $300,000 and $550,000.
