The New York City ("City") Department of Health and Mental Hygiene ("Department", "Agency", or "DOHMH") seeks a qualified contractor to provide all labor and materials that are necessary for the provision of plumbing services, which includes plumbing repairs, plumbing maintenance, and new plumbing installations on an as-needed basis at DOHMH Facilities throughout the five (5) boroughs of New York City. The purpose of this contract is to ensure that plumbing systems at the DOHMH Facilities are functioning in an efficient and safe manner. The contract term is anticipated to be for six (6) years from September 1, 2024, to August 31, 2030, with no renewal options. All questions must be submitted in writing to the Authorized Agency Contact person at BIDS@health.nyc.gov. Questions submitted by April 24, 2024, will be addressed at the Pre-Bid Conference.
