Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in Maryville, Missouri. Completed plans call for site work for a sidewalk / parking lot; for paving for a sidewalk / parking lot; road / highway; road / highway; and water / sewer project.
The proposed work includes: Reconstruction of approximately 0.7-mile section of South Main Street Corridor from State Highway V to 285th Street. The work consists of storm sewer system improvement, full depth street widening, mill and overlay, traffic signals, lighting, sidewalk, landscaping, and improvement to existing driveway accesses. All bidders must be on MoDOTs Qualified Contractor List per Section 102.2 from the current version of the Missouri Standard Specifications for Highway Construction, including all revisions. The contractor questionnaire must be on file 7 days prior to bid opening. A certified or cashiers check or a bid bond in the amount of 5% shall be submitted with each proposal. The City of Maryville, Missouri reserves the right to reject any or all bids. The DBE Goal for this project is 6% with OJT 2. No 2nd tier subcontracting will be allowed on this project.
