Purchase of certain materials, equipment, and/or services, for the Cattaraugus County Soil & Water Conservation District (CCSWCD), according to specifications. All bids received are subject to all federal and state controls concerning any such equipment, materials and/or services. All bids must be accompanied by a NON-COLLUSIVE BIDDING CERTIFICATE. Any bid submitted without such certification will not be accepted. Any bid not meeting ALL specifications will not be considered. The Cattaraugus County Soil & Water Conservation District Board reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to waive any informalities, and to accept the lowest responsible bid.
