The Town is seeking to engage a consultant to provide commissioning services. The Trumbull Board of Education has been awarded a State of Connecticut HVAC Indoor Air Quality Grant and the Town has authorized the Middlebrook Elementary School HVAC Improvements Building Committee (Building Committee) to bring the project to fruition. That committee is meeting regularly and will work with Town staff to select the Consultant. The Town reserves the right to reject any or all bids and to waive any requirements, irregularities, technical defects or service therein when it is deemed to be in the best interest of the Town. In the comparison of Bids, The Town will consider whether or not the Bids comply with the prescribed requirements, and such alternatives, unit prices, and other data, as may be requested in the Bid Form or prior to the Notice of Award. The Town reserves the right to select Alternatives based on all information provided with the Bid Form, Including all qualifications Additionally, after proposals are received, the Town reserves the right to communicate with any or all of the proposers to clarify the provisions of this request. The Town further reserves the right to request additional information at any time after proposals are opened.
